Good Italian food: Vincent's on Barrett Pkwy just off Dallas Hwy. Great garlic rolls and good salad. Decent spagetti and pizza. Of course Aspens in the Avenues' shopping center on Dallas Hwy for steaks. Melting Pot off Barrett Pkwy for a fun family dinner.

For Italian, It has got to be Antoninos on the Square in Cartersville. I have been to all the others listed here and "Tonys" beats them all.
Also try "The Cellar" just off the square, across the tracks from Young Brothers Pharmacy. The Chef specials are Da Bomb.
Also "Knights" on Main Street in Cartersville. It is a sports bar and serves pretty darn good sandwiches and cold, cold beer.
