Shadowfox, if I'm out there and he needs the circle hook and sewing, I'm not afraid to stitch him up

That is exactly how to do it. I had over 5 hooks stuck in me last year. Four of them came out painlessly like in the demo. The other was cut off and pulled out with some pain.
