Hi guys my name is Mark and I just moved to the area from Southern Ohio. I've been fishing Allatoona for about 8 months now and I have found it very challenging. I hope to meet some new fishing friends.

Welcome, Buzzer. Toona can be very challenging but like Stratman says, dedication and effort will eventually yield results. Folks on here and on the Georgia Fishing Forum (many of whom are on both forums and we are all friends), are often willing to give up some pretty good clues.

Welcome to the forum Buzzer. This is a great site with alot of very good information. Like your finding out, toona can be very unforgiven and down right mean and nasty at times. But it wouldnt be any fun if it was easy. I drive a white GMC duramax pulling a red/silver/black ranger Z518. Give me a shout if you see me at the ramp. I always put in at gatewood. Dont hesitate to ask questions on the forum, cause there is alot of good fisherman here with alot of good information. Again welcome to the forum and if i can be any assistance just drop me a line.

welcome to the forum Basscat528. Just like i was explaining to Buzzer, this is a very good site to join. I wish i would have joined years ago. I can say that since i have joined i have become a better fisherman on toona, thanks to the great advice from the guys here.

Welcome guys. I too have been fishing 'toona for about 7 - 8 months now, and no doubt, she's a hard nut to crack. As everyone else said, you've got some really good fisherman on here and you'll learn a lot through their posts.
