Our Club Tournament is this coming Saturday out of Lakeside Resort, Pell City, AL. 7 AM till 3:30 PM. Weigh in chips to be handed out at 6:30 AM. If you plan on fishing be sure and have the money in by close of meeting Wednesday night, Sep 18, 2013. We meet at the Center Street Tavern and Grill in old town Acworth. You are welcome to fish one tournament as a guest, but you must be signed up, like all the members, by the close of business at the Wednesday night Meeting this week. Well there was plenty of rain today! I mean there was a bunch of rain today, and WIND. Brutal is about the best way to describe it. The only thing that was good about it is that the weather was not cold! With 16 members fishing today (10 boats), only three members didn't weigh fish. There were 45 fish brought to the scales for a total of 69.08lbs for an average of 1.54lbs per fish. We had 4 places paid with Big Bass. The following is a list of the money spots:
1st place went to Eric F with 5 fish for 11.02lbs
Goff M. had 2nd place with 5 fish for 8.34lbs
3rd place went to Jim B. with 2 fish for 6.91lbs
4th was Stan K. with 5 fish for 6.86lbs.
Jim B. also had Big Bass with a 4.05 Spotted bass.
See ya'll in about a month when we do the 2 day Guntersville Tournament!

Wow, tough day apparently for Logan Martin. Normally this lake yields some good weights.
