A retired wanna be bass fisherman. Had my boat for the past 3 years and only 3 times in the water. Plan on spending a lot of time this year fishing Allatoona and other lakes in the area.
Just joined the site hopefully, I can get some good ideas about how to catch bass on Lake Allatoona.

Welcome George! Allatoona can be a humbling lake. Time on the water and solid advice from this site will def help. Tight lines my friend.

Welcome George, jump in when you can. There are a lot of good people to help give advice when the fishing is tuff.

Welcome George - just joined the forum myself. Alatoona is not as dead of a sea as everyone says but it has its days! Was out last week and caught 12 spots and some huge Crappie up Stamp creek, spots were on main lake points and hungry! water was low 50s so still a little cool for the spots but a bucket of minnows fish down trees up the creeks should get you bit.
