Any recommendations on free to access bank fishing spots? I've already tried Kellogg several times with little success. And I don't always want to spend $4 to get into the day use areas.

Never mind. Went ahead and purchased a year pass to Allatoona. That is not just for Allatoona. That is ANY COE parking area in the U.S.A.

There is also the jetty on the west side of Bethany Bridge. Free parking and Christmas trees submerged on the west side of the jetty.
