Is there bank fishing at Blanket's Creek?

Looking at it on Google satellite it appears to be surrounded by private property, unless I'm mistaken.

There is actually some pretty decent fishing near the mouth of Blankets Creek that is accessible by foot and all Army Corp land. Turn onto Wooten Drive off of Bells Ferry across from Sixes United Methodist church, take the first left off Wooten onto Lemon Street. Take lemon street until it dead ends (about a mile) and park where the sign is for the beginning of corp land. Start walking the trail and take the first left, you'll cross a small creek in roughly 100-150 yards then the trail turns to the right and runs parallel with that creek until you hit the lake about 250-300 yards later. Start fishing at the mouth of that little stream and go all the way around the clay point until you reach the two big blow down trees that meet the rock ledge. It just gets too steep and rocky to navigate and fish from the bank from there. I spent a lot of time fishing that area as a kid and even until a few years ago when I finally had the means to buy and store a boat. Mostly used to throw lizards and soft plastics on the bottom and still go by this area on my boat on occasion and it still consistently produces fish for me. I attached a picture of the lake showing the concentrated area I am referring to. The area where the measurement line runs is the stretch of bank you would have access to. Hope this helps!
