Believe it or not, Bassamasta actually had a spinning rod on the deck of his boat during the tournament. I still think it had 20lb Big Game and a 1oz egg sinker on it. Ranger Steve <")))><

I can't remember if he actually ever picked it up. He was asking a lot of questions about spinning gear and light line, looking dased and confused I knew with Big Game, it probably hasn't been touched in years. I think it was a "tactical maneuver" to throw off the competition that was looking in his boat.

I can't think of anything, but when I do, you'll know it. That was 8lb. xrated on the spinny and a 3/8oz. casting weight on the droppy. By the way, I always fish my spinning reels facing up. What's wrong with that? T-Mike, let me know when you get a free day and I'll show you how to fish the Jig X. Its not that big of a learning curve, really, if you can throw a swimbait, surely you could learn how to fish a Jig X. ;D The Bassamasta said it.

Uh Bassamasta, Don't need no Jiggy X when I got the Grass Stalker X. Does Jigs but would rather throw a swimbait. Tee
