Temp 78 Water Level 12.2 ft low Water clarity (clear to stain) Fall fishing is starting to crank up. The air temps are dropping, the wind is blowing, lots of overcast days and the fish are biting. I had several trips this week all of them catching upwards of 15 fish with 35 fish being the top winner. What you throw depends on what the weather is doing. If it's really windy the blade bite is getting really hot. If it's nice and calm topwater and senko is the best bite going. The only pattern for all of the above baits that I have found is to play the "Run and Shoot" offense. Put the trolling motor on high and cover water. Typically by doing this it will increase your chances of running into "pods" of fish. You usually pick up 4 or 5 fish really quick go another 30 minutes with no bite then run into another pod. Most of my fish this week has been on the main lake on windblown shorelines. There has been a little bit of a fish migration into the creeks. That bite will get stronger as we get into October. I have this coming Monday open (Sept 24th) if anyone is interested in some fall fishing action. October is filling up extremely fast. I have the 4th and 11th open in October Mike
