Temp 75 Water Level 14.4ft low and falling Clarity Clear/Stained Fishing is not easy but it's GOOD right now. WE have finally gotten our water temps into the mid 70's and the switch has been flipped. They hybrids and Spots are feeding up for winter. Best baits now are spoons, topwater, swimbaits and Senkos. I'm seeing alot of topwater schooling in the main lake especially on calm days and they are chasing the Sammy 100. When the fish go down the spoon is doing the trick. For just regular fishing the senko is a great choice. I like the 4 inch 9S series in Blue Pearl color. I'm also catching fish as deep at 62ft on the spoon. You really need to be good with your electronics to find these fish. If you find the bait the fish will be close by. This week I saw some very nice spots. Both my guys and myself have both missed several fish in the 4-5lb range. It's only a matter of time now. The swimbait bite is just around the corner!! So be ready for some magnums to show up! Oct and November is the 2 best months to be fishing on the lake. Just because the lake is low doesn't mean you can't load the boat with fish. My guide service will be open all year long. I have a boat slip secured if the ramps become unusable. So book your trip now and lets get you one of them Magnum Allatoona SPOTS! Mike www.tritonmike.commbucca@comcast.net
