I wish I could have read this six months ago. Mike, this is well written and said. Even I can understand it. I am learning a lot. Laugh44 and I will go tomorrow for my first "spooning" trip. Can't wait. Wish us luck.

I must have been out of town when this was posted, its a pretty good read. I do know that when it comes to some people taking pictures of there bigger fish they move locations before they take the pictures so the back ground wont do a lot of good sometimes. As far as posting fishing reports I am quilty of not posting my fishing reports, Kelly stays on me about posting but I don't. October I had one of the best fishing trips with a good friend I have had in 40 years and still haven't posted it. Maybe i'll get around to it soon. I like to read them just don't post em.

Great post Mike!! I try to help other anglers by posting reports and have never thought people would analyze what I was writing this indepth. This is the kind of analyzing that makes Mike such a great fisherman. Now I know what I can improve on when writing reports and more importantly what to look for when reading other reports. Thanks Mike!
