Lakes about full. Trees are underwater. Spawn is just around the corner...... This will be a running thread of fish caught from project trees this year. What better way to showcase the project than with pictures! Tree(s) in the background good (even if it is only one with limited shoreline identifiers ) ANY bass good, big bass better, crappie, bream, catfish, carp, gar, shiners or whatever fish you catch in a project tree....POST a picture of it HERE.

Speaking of tree cutting...I was in Clear Creek yesterday and the DNR guys came over to the boat. I started to dig out my license but they told me they were not checking licenses this trip but rather passing out surveys about "Spots". They specifically were asking about the productivity around the cut trees. Since I had just caught a couple of pound/pound and a half spots, I told them I was delighted, and I am. It seems to me that although there will be some benefit this year, the pay off for y'all's hard work will continue and even get better year after year. Three cheers for AllatoonaBass.Com, "HIP, HIP, HAMPTON SHAD- HIP, HIP, HAMPTON SHAD- HIP, HIP, HAMPTON SHAD"!

Caught this on one of last years trees today. Pumpkinseed jig with green crawfish trailer in 15 ft. water temp 85. On the northside of redtop...(I think around 6A). I tried to get a pic of a cut tree in the back.

Nothing special, but it will keep this thread going. About 13 feet of water, just off the tip of a fallen tree in Mckaskey.
