Congratulations, Dawson on your progress thus far. As Ray noted, you are a fine young fella, and I was happy to help. We are all proud of you, and pulling for you to make Eagle!

Dawson...Congrat's on your project. You are to be commended for your effort and we wish you the best in your Eagle board review. You are what being an Eagle scout is all about and we salute you for what you have done to enhance our lake!

If you go to google earth and use the format shown below it will give you an idea of where the brush piles are located.
34 8.535 n, 84 38.899 w
The coordinates above are for the one across from Galts.

Good work Dawson! My sons (finally) finished his work on the Eagle Scout Project he was working on. Now he just has to finish his paperwork and go to his review board. If someone would like to confirm the coordinates when the last one is placed we could affer it as a *.gpx download file for all board members.

Hit Waypoint, NEW (enter), Entered Position (enter) then type in the coordinates in the correct format.. I could be off a button but I think thats how it is done.. Mike

Mike has it correct and then after (Entered Position) hit Create, then you will see the screen to input the co-ordinates.

Finally, ALL of the piles have been placed. Thanks Mr. Ray for helping me put the last one up near Mckaskey camp, even though weather and lake conditions didn't feel like cooperating.
If anybody has fish pictures from these piles, or notices that a pile isn't right on the coordinate I've listed, don't hesitate to PM me.
Fundraiser for this project (yes, I work in reverse order often) will be announced soon.
Thanks again everybody,
Dawson

That is a great job and I am sure it was a lot of hard work. I hope your project goes well. It will be interesting to see how many are moved by the end of the season. There seems to be those that delight in moving others brush around the lake. Once again good job.
