Itry,
Thanks. Yes great idea. I've looked at it and seems to be OK. I'll give it a second look.
By the way, yesterday checked the ohms on the ignition coils. All (3) are reading within acceptable range. On to the next step.
Thanks! More later.

Update,
Worked on engine some again this weekend. Go figure.........it is cranking up everytime in the driveway. Even after sitting all week in the garage. It fired right up. Don't know..............its got me baffled. I did take all the plug wires off the plugs and coils and reattach, then played around with the linkages just to see if somethings was out of wack. I even took the fuel pick up line out of the tank and checked for debris or clogging. Everything looks clean!! Haven't had it on the water yet though. Headed up today or tomorrow. I think I will replace the plug wires. They are originals.
More later.

Well, here's my final post on the subject. I believe my problems are over!!! Yeah!!! Installed a new power pack, ignition coils, and plug wires. Motor runs great, starts everytime. I must have hit the problem somewhere in the mix. Whew!!!! Feels good to get that out of the way! Now on to catching some fish!!!!! Thanks everyone for your input and advice! Greg
