Just started noticing some play in my Prop. It will wiggle, no more than a 1/16", from side to side and front to rear.
Is the Prop bushing problem or just normal "play." Need to get it in today or tomorrow if it is a huge problem so they can press the new bushing in and have me ready to fish Tourney's this weekend.
Thanks in advance. Jason

Dude, get off the bucks and have the bushing replaced before you do some damage or have to paddle to the boat ramp.

its alright to have a little play pulling straight back on the prop but you shouldn't have any play side to side. i learned this the hard way, water will get in to your lower unit and it wont be long before it ruins your lower unit. oldfishinfool

The Prop shaft isn't moving, just the Prop itself. After this weekend I am taking it to Bay or Park and have one of their folks check it out.
