I didn't want to hi-jack Jay's thread below about his father-in-law. It does bring a great topic to bear! Most types of skin cancer are preventable with a frequent application of a quality sun screen or the right clothing. As we get into these longer and warmer days this should serve as an important reminder.
Personally, I wear sunscreen right on through the winter months. It not only protects me from the harmful UV rays, but the lotion also lessens the wind burn that comes from a cold hard wind blowing in your face all day long.
Please take heed and protect yourself while you are young, and as you age.
