Whose bright idea was it to rearrange the parking at Galt's?

They removed the lake approach driving lane on the backside of the lot and replaced it with parking spots that face in the wrong direction.
When the lot is full, it should make for quite a cluster.

Wonder if it has something to do with the new gate thats up where we used to pull in when it was unmanned??
