Saw huge fish busting the surface near dark. Most off kellogg is dried up.

Goose, Man we need to be a little careful on how we answer posts. If your post has nothing to do with the question or you have no knowledge of the question being asked please do not respond. Kellogg is NOT almost dried up. I fished there half the day on Friday. Kellogg goes from the very back of Kellogg Creek park grounds (and yes it's dried up back there) but it goes all the way to the main lake as well where it is in excess of 30ft deep.
