Where can I buy frozen bait fish near Allatoona/Lanier?

Frozen shad would be best. I am close to the north portion of lake Allatoona (Canton) and south of lake Lanier (Cumming).

You can buy Packaged shad at Walmart and take em home to freeze.

Are those shad packages the ones with all the juice in them? They don't appear to be very fresh.
