Old marker 38E brushpile almost gone now

Do we have our own version of Georgia AX men. Years ago I used an old arial photo of Lake Allatoona construction and found a wood pile to beat the band that was pretty big ! When they cut and piled this one up it did not burn before the water overtook it. I went back and now this pile is practically gone. The only way I could see it being gone is by man. The wood was partially burned and almost petrified so I know it did not rot away and now one of my year long crappie holes is gone.
