I am taking a break from toona for a bit, with the grand babies here I am back to PAPA time. Lanier is next on the list to try and put the pieces together in October, normally the turnover is happening and the spots are feeding on shad the size of your thumb nail or herring a foot long. Lanier to me is the swim bait capital of the south, I stay with the 6" most of the time and throw the 7" occasionally Bull Shad, Triple Trout and the Sebile. I am gonna start back using the S-Waver 200 and see what happens. Hopefully lanier will act right and the Big Shanty Bass Masters as a club have a good turn out. If you are looking for a draw trail with a bunch of good ole guys come and give us try. Our meetings is on the first meetings of the month at Provinos in Kennesaw. The lanier tournament is oct 15th at Vantavern safe light to 3.
