Kellogg Crk ramp still open??

I saw the water dropped a bit more this week. Would like to still put in at Kellogg, but guess Galt's is always open.

Went out last Sat and did quite well trolling the river channel between Kellogg & Victoria. Stained water, but the hybrids were active.

Planning to go out for another COLD trip later today to see if they're still there.
