Just wanted to briefly introduce myself. My name is JP and I am new to the GA area. I'm also new to the freshwater fishing scene so any tips, suggestions or insights are certainly appreciated.

Welcome aboard! Best bet for a good start is to start reading the threads. There has been a ton of good info posted already

Lots of reading here, and lots of patience on the lake. A trip with a good guide (I think someone can recommend one LOL) will take a lot of time off of your learning curve. Mike is the best green fish guide on our lake. Enjoy.
