I'm a new member. I started fishing Allatoona in August when I bought a second hand pontoon boat. I've had mixed success but lots of fun. My wife and kids love it so I labor under the restrictions that come with fishing with whole family. My boat is going in for a winter re-fit so I'll just have to talk about fishing for the next month or two.

Welcome aboard Young. Like you, I am a new member, hadn't been on board but a few days. So sit back, relax and enjoy.

Welcome aboard! There should be plenty of reading here to keep you occupied until you get your boat back

Killian, I still have my boat. I had the engine serviced and I am doing the re-fit myself at my shop. Me and my plant manager are going to replace the decking, carpet, bimini and change it to a center console. Then we'll give her a new coat of paint and paint the trailer while we're at it. Getting ready for fishing is almost as fun as actually fishing. When we get her done I send a picture to the boat pictures thread.

Hey Fly Guy,
I've got some before pictures already but I just want make sure the "after" pictures are actually an improvement on the "before" pictures before I post either of them.
