I posted a thread a few days ago about my motor leaking down, and this is what fixed it in my case.
I raised the motor up and locked it. Then I ran the trim/tilt all the way through its cycle 2 times, first down, then up. The rams seemed to equalize and my problem is solved. Guess there was air in the system or something. Hope this helps someone else.
