Just about any on the market will do. I find it funny that people will put one rated for 2500 pounds on a 3000 pound boat, which will only have 300 pounds of tongue weight.
I use the cheapest one that Northern Tool has (750 pound capacity), and have on the past 4 boats. Because of my driveway shape, mine gets rolled about 25 yards per trip, sometimes more, which equates to 2/3 mile a year, on a trailer with a 175 pound tongue weight. They will hold up just fine.
