Got out with Wally (aka Walter) on Carters this am for some Float N Fly action. Last trip I took with Walter he whacked one on the first cast. Low and behold he does it again this morning before I can even get set up he has me netting a fish LOL. Thats usually a bad sign but we ended up with over 20 Float N Fly fish. We didn't get any big fish this morning (which was very surprising) but we more than made up for it in numbers. For about an hour it was non stop with a fish every 10 minutes or so. Then as we were trying to run the pattern we had about 5 fish send us on a wild goose chase as we were trying to replicate what we thought the fish were trying to tell us, but after 2 hrs of chasing my tail I decided to go back to last weeks pattern and we got right back into the fish.. We ran leaders anywhere from 10 to 12 ft. Walter was fishing his own custom flies and I was fishing the Spot Sushi..
