Good day everyone. I am new to the forum from Kennesaw. I just got back into fishing after about 13 years. I got back into it so that I could take my 3 year old son fishing and get him into it. I have to admit, I missed it more than I thought!
Anyway, we have hit the lake the last two days and caught 0.
We would like to get to know some ponds in the area so if anyone has suggestions please pass them along. I am a pilot and work on the road a lot but when I am home I would like the opportunity to hit up some ponds.
Anyway, I look forward to using the forum for information and possibly to meet some new fishing pals.

eersfan, What I would do is asking around and see if anybody you know lives in a subdivision that has a lake/pond and gain permission that way.. Google maps is a great way to start as well. Start with your house and expand outward looking for littel out of the way ponds and lakes and take a road trip. If you take your 3yr old with you when you ask permission it's gonna be hard for anyone to turn you down . hint hint hint.

PS. Thanks for the Bank Fishing Map you have up. I have been using that the last two days for spots to fish. We headed up to the Knox Bridge area today and worked down to the Bells Ferry Bridge area but headed out of there after the 5th water snake swam by us. We hit the Victoria Landing area today as our last stop. That was the nicest area of the 3. We may have to head back there sometime and maybe try some chicken livers. We had no luck today on nightcrawlers and minnows. Do you have any suggestions for us bank fishers this time of year?
