Hey guys - I'm continuing upgrade plans for my boat and am wondering if it is possible to install after market hydraulic steering? Has anyone ever done it or is that something that is not done? Thanks for any advice.

I dont see why you couldn't put one on!! It'll make steering alot easier, what is it going on(sorry for being a page behind)? I got a real good friend and he's the only one I trust to work on my boat, you can give him a call and see which direction he points you in!!! His name is Jim and #706-936-6914..........hope this helps you!! Kacee

Hey KB - I noted you recommended Jim in some past posts and I've written down his number. I'm upgrading from an Optimax 115 to a 150 on a Nitro 482 (max recommended motor for the boat). I figure while I'm plunking down $ I might as well make the thing steer a little easier if I can.
