Keith, I am sure there is a leash law in every county. In Cobb it even applies to cats, (as told to me by a once State court Judge) who use to live in our neighborhood. But I would check with Bartow County Sheriff office to see if they handle the complaint or if the County has an Animal Control Officer(s).

bartow just uses shock collars and chains to trees to keep dogs in yards...

Yep. It applies even in the County. For Dogs. (and some husbands)

I was inquiring about the leash law specifically for Tournament Directors & Their assistants ;D NOTE* You can't keep a Devil Dog on a leash Tom ;D GTG ;DWHAT ;D
