Stu i know a Boat Carpet installer who will order your carpet for you and come to your location and install the entire boat carpet for approx 450.00, that includes the labor & materials. His name is Matt Webb and you can contact him at 239-440-8786, please tell him Keith referred you to him. I had my 2 trailer bunks and a front Storage lid replaced for 75.00 and he did a great job. I didn't have the whole boat done because the rest of my carpet is in great shape but he said he would do my whole boat for 400.00 - 450.00. He will come to your location with samples and let you pick your color and then he will order it and return to install it once it comes in. You won't be disappointed. Mo

That's a great price and a big plus that he comes to your location... How long does it take him to do the install

Sorry i couldn't respond until now, i can only access this forum from home and not at work but it took him only 1 hour and 20 minutes to do my 2 trailer bunks and 1 lid, you will have to call him and ask him how long an entire boat will take. He is good though, i will be calling him when i get the rest of the boat done. Mo

That is a heck of a deal since I had a price to redo the lead sled of $2000.00 to touch it. Got it done for the price of the carpet, glue, trowel, a couple of bottles of water, and all the fishing lies I could stand listening to. Feeling bad I did talk him into taking a float n fly rod. He was tickled and so was I. Just may need him to replace carpet in the old Express aluminum bass boat before I sell the useless thing.
