I wanted to know what y'all thought fishing points on allatoona. All my experience fishing points has been in Texas where I can drop anchor and stay put with the anchor stuck in the hydrilla. Do you guys here drop anchor, work the trolling motor, or just wait for a calm day lol
Also what are some good suggestions for baits to throw on points? shaky head, drop shot, jigs, carolina rig?
I'm sure the more I try will i'll figure it out for my self. But, I'm taking some kids from my churches youth group fishing for a youth tournament, and I wanted to try some places where they might get a good bite.
Any help welcomed!

You use about any thing, top water to a bottom dragger. Just have to find out the mood of the fish. Spinnerbait works great in the wind along with many other moving baits. Good luck and rember toona can change hourly.
