I think my charger is acting up. I have a 3 bank charger that is pushing a 36 volt system with 3 batteries. When I bought the boat, it has a toggle switch I have to flip to charge. I charged the battery after a trip and all the green lights came on. I topped it off Friday night and on Sat morning only two were green and one was red with about half the lights on. I hooked up last night to charge battery when got home and this morning the same 2 were green and the same one (looking at the charger, the right bank) has all red lights. Any ideas?

Well I ended up replacing 3 batteries and installing a 4 bank charger to get rid of the toggle switch and crazy wiring. Works like a charm. Thanks to Eric, David, and Warren for helping me get it straightened out.

Keep and eye on those inline fuses that come with onboard chargers too.
